Spring 2012 Fashion Internships in Design and Merchandising
We are looking for on-the-ball, forward-thinking, creative gals. We have opportunities for students interested in Merchandising, Buying and Fashion Business, as well as those interested in Technical Design, Design and Production. There will be lots of cutting both bathing suits and dresses. Running errands, inventory counts, some draping, some Fall/Winter 2012 planning and production. PR projects and more. We are a small company experiencing lots of growth, you will learn all sides to the business. We make all of our pieces in the United States, and many of them right here in the Garment Center of New York.
Candidates must be in fashion school or in college with a serious interest in the industry and available 2 days a week 10-6. Illustrator is a plus for Design majors. Retail experience is a plus for Merchandising students.
For-credit only with paid lunch.
