The Fashion Industry located in historic West End is looking for a dedicated Retail Sales Associate. The primary responsibility is to lead their customers through the sales process of selecting, coordinating and purchasing men's urban wear and accessory options designed for the casual urban man. The Fashion Industry is sales driven and is an Exclusive men's apparel store. We are looking for associates who are energetic, outgoing and enjoy working in a fast paced environment.

The Sales Associate's duties and responsibilities include:

- Understanding merchandise features, marking and fitting techniques and fashion trends, in a
courteous and enthusiastic manner, they determine what type of garments are desired and advise
customers about prevailing styles, new/add-on items and appropriateness of garments for particular
occasions.

- Providing the highest Customer Service standards while maintaining a professional demeanor and
personal presentation at all times.

- Utilizing company resources to generate traffic and to maintain customer contact to build their own
book of business.

Job Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Primary Responsibilities:

Use product knowledge and selection to provide exceptional service to customers and build
your sales

Greet customers in a timely, professional and personable manner

Build lasting relationships with customers by contacting them to follow up on purchases, suggest
new merchandise, and remind them of upcoming events

Perform merchandising tasks, such as stock, re-merchandising, display, price and markdowns

Maintain floor and fitting room presentation standards

Visual presentation floor sets, merchandise handling, and store maintenance

Cash management

Qualifications:

Previous retail experience strongly preferred

Driven to deliver superior service by exceeding customer expectations

Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with customers and co-workers

Able to work well as a team player in a fast-paced, energetic environment

Proven ability to plan, set and achieve goals
