JOB DESCRIPTION:

This position is part of the Brand Management (BM) Department. Core responsibility are to take the lead on managing all e-commerce logistics, daily website maintenance and all graphic design projects, for Michael Antonio Footwear Group.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Manage all Ecommerce logistics including order processing, fulfillment, and shipment of MAFG products

Design, create and execute graphic design for all necessary marketing and sales materials for MAFG trade shows, events, look books, line sheets, etc.

Work closely with marketing, public relations & sales teams to optimize offline initiatives and partner relationships to drive on-line awareness and increase revenue

Maintain existing MAFG website daily with all new materials including, but not limited to photography, product descriptions, videos, etc.

Develop, implement and maintain key digital marketing activities to drive lead generation, direct response and sales impact (SEO/SEM, on-line media, email marketing, mobile, affiliate & sponsorship programs)

Provide strategic support for, and partner with in-house social media team

Take responsibility for alignment of social media, digital marketing and e-commerce activities

Preparation and execution of required weekly/monthly/quarterly sales analysis and reports

Travel as required (including weekends) to work retail, trade, and marketing events such as fashion shows, charity events, pop-up/sample sales, and retail sales

Work directly with MAFGs Senior Management team (CAO, CEO, EVP, VP) on special projects
