Department: Graphics, Fleet, Architecture, and Retail Division

Reports to: CEO & Sales Manager

Job Objective: Responsible for the development of sales activities in assigned market. Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area.

Company: Foxmark is a national graphics manufacturer, focusing on architectural, retail, and fleet for local and national clients.

Responsibilities:

Individual must be able to complete the following tasks:

Develop and Maintain Relationships

Run marketing routes daily.

Have good driving record, very out-going personality, self-motivated and responsible.

Posses strong organizational and analytical skills.

Strong verbal, internal and external communication skills are a requirement.

Manage and Motivate self.

Able to deal with rejection.

Establish and Handle Rules and Regulations regarding newly developed structure.

Ability to read a Map and Navigate new locations. Need a good sense of direction.

Have a "Positive & Infectious" personality.

Be one who is considered well liked by other people.

Be one that others enjoy being around.

Provide own transportation and fuel.

Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the team.

Prepare action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.

Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets.

Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans/Marketing Routes as needed.

Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.

Provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.

Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports.

Create and conduct proposal presentations, bids, and responses.

Develop preparation of proposals and presentations.

Control expenses to meet budget guidelines.

Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Demonstrate ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.

Provide scheduling, motivation and direction to all of those he/she interacts with.

Develop a personal book of business.

Develop and grow a client database.

Develop and grow client base by selling our services.

Make telephone sales calls and conduct in-person meetings with key managers for the purpose of selling our services to prospective clients and building on existing client relationships.

Job and Personality Requirements

Must have valid drivers license.

High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.

Hungry and Eager for an opportunity.

Expert experience using MS Word & MS Excel (MS PowerPoint+)

Additional RESPONSIBILITIES:

Utilize internal and external resources to build relationships, research, identify and develop marketing opportunities.

Collaborate to develop, communicate and evaluate Foxmark marketing plans, objectives, and strategies.Develop and implement campaigns and promotions to support those plans.

Research, develop and implement consumer and trade based marketing tactics to increase sales effectiveness and generate revenue in strategic markets.

Work with the Foxmark marketing team to effectively target database members.

Work with internal departments (including but not limited to Partnership Marketing, Product Development, Content Management, Sales, Pricing & Inventory Management, Creative Media Group, E-Technology, Public Relations) to ensure effective execution of marketing tactics.

Source applicable non-media business contacts in focus markets to propose and secure reciprocal marketing opportunities.

Negotiate, manage and maintain contracts with a variety of partners.

Generate and analyze data pertaining to assigned responsibilities; develop recommendations and report on them, based on the findings.

Comply with all corporate and departmental policies/procedures and applicable governmental regulations.

Attend and participate in meetings that pertain to assigned responsibilities.

Other duties and responsibilities as assigned, which may include cross-utilization within the department or with other departments.

Pay:

Base pay for 90 Days

Commission Only Structure
