Position Objective: This position's primary focus is to provide administrative and executive support to the owner and some staff. This position requires a person who can manage significant responsibilities, including sophisticated work and routine office tasks.

Job Description: Duties include invoicing, receiving payments, conducting research on the internet, document editing, running errands, processing email and interoffice correspondence, providing telephone coverage, scheduling and calendaring duties, and making meeting and travel arrangements. Qualifications: Candidate must possess a very high level of business/professional verbal and written English literacy and exceptional organizational skills. Strong interpersonal abilities, positive attitude, follow through on tasks and attention to detail are essential. Must be able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks. Must be reliable with consistent attendance. Also must be a team player and affirmatively assist other staff. Must be able to handle working in an all male environment and have a good sense of humor.

Requirements: Proficiency in Word, Excel and Quickbooks a plus. Knowledge of UPS shipping a plus. Must have own transportation that is licensed and insured as well as a good driving record (no DUI, etc.).

Create invoices through Quick books

Process credit card charges

Provide excellent customer service via phone and emails

Assist customers on questions or inquires regarding inventory and/ or orders

File customer orders and invoices in appropriate folders and sequence

Help with packing and shipping orders.

Must be technically savvy - ability to use both PC's and Macs is a plus

Intermediate understanding of MS office (especially Word, Excel and Outlook 2007)

Excellent phone skills: clear, friendly and professional

Excellent customer service skills: You must be comfortable working with people with different personalities and be able to handle high stress situations

Hours: Full time, Mon- Fri. Must be able to work overtime and an occasional Saturday.

Wage: Based on skills and experience, but starting at $14/hr.
