Art Director (New York, Ny)

Resolvit IT & Management Consulting (Resolvit) is looking for a full-time Art Director to work in New York, NY to spearhead all marketing campaigns. The art director will be reporting to the Senior Director of Online Marketing and collaborating with the online marketing team. The ideal candidate will also support online marketing needs for programs, events, products and services and lead design on all facets that comprise and support an online advertising campaign -- interactive and static ads, landing pages and rich emails.

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:7 years of experience in interactive designExperienced with Flash development and animation skills requiredExperience with online advertising campaigns and have experience in online banners, emails and landing pages
Some site design and print design experienceSolid ability in coding HTML, CSS, javascript and Action Script Mastery of Adobe CS5--Photoshop and Illustrator is requiredStrong written, verbal communication and presentation skillsKnowledge of user-centered design process, web best-practices and relevant disciplines including interaction design and visual design Ability to design within the scope of our visual brand aesthetic and specifications Ability to take the lead on projects as well as work independently, but also accept art directionThorough understanding of the online ad space and techniquesAbility to work on deadlines in a rapidly paced environmentAbility to work independently and work as part of a teamMust be organized with good attention to detailStrong task and time management skillsBachelor's degree in graphic design or new mediaThe ideal candidate will have the following preferred experience: Online advertising (at least 3-4 years of agency experience required)Video optimization, editing and integration skillsKnowledge of Adobe InDesign and Fireworks a plus Dreamweaver About ResolvitResolvit, LLC is an IT and management consulting firm dedicated to providing strategic staffing and business consulting solutions to clients in the New York City, Washington, DC, Raleigh/Durham, Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky, and Charlotte Areas.
