Exciting BIG career opportunity for experienced hospitality sales professional to provide exceptional customer service to coordinate corporate delivery & catering orders and assist with sales/marketing efforts for successful, multi-site restaurant company to expand sales throughout Twin Cities and metro area.
Highly motivated and enthusiastic hospitality professionals to join our catering sales team will possess proven skills and abilities to successfully perform:
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Assist clients with placing orders, upsell, and accurately expedite deliveries from muliple restaurant locations.
Establish rapport with clients to build and grow a loyal client base.
Perform sales and marketing support activities to promote our brand, develop accounts and grow sales.
Interact professionally with clients in a positive and enthusiastic manner in person, phone, e- mail, intranet, tradeshows and social media, etc..
Initiate and maintain positive/proactive rapport with restaurant managers and delivery staff.
Demonstrate superior customer relations skills.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Catering and/or Corporate Delivery experience required.
Sales & Marketing experience required (inside or outside sales).
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail plus strong follow through.
Strong knowledge of Twin Cities and Suburbs (geographic and business communities).
Ability to work & enjoy fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English with exceptional communication & interactive skills.
Strong PC skills.
Intranet, Web/Graphic Design and Social Media (Twitter, Facebook, Yelp, etc.) platform skills preferred.
Valid driver's license & clear DMV record with current motor vehicle insurance.
Ability to physically lift up to 50 pounds.
Flexibility with schedule to meet company's and clients' needs.
Prefer candidate's with Associate degree or Bachelor of Science or Arts degree (preferably Business, Marketing/Communications or Hospitality degree program)
