Job Summary:
The Marketing Program Specialist will manage a variety of marketing communications, sales support and new business development activities. Responsibilities include collateral development, event management, email/direct mail programs, database administration/reporting and departmental support functions. Individual must be able to prioritize and juggle multiple projects, with minimal supervision, in a fast-paced setting.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Create, execute and manage Corporate Marketing communication campaigns
Produce sales collateral and custom print materials
Oversee development of online materials (microsite, web-to-lead pages, etc.) including press releases and their distribution to media lists.
Manage vendors and contractors for completion of projects
Manage high-profile industry trade shows, including promotion and speaking engagements
Coordinate additional Corporate Marketing projects as required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, adapt and prioritize
Collaborate successfully with all levels of management, sales personnel and external vendors
Strong writing acumen, excellent grammar and spelling
Solid MS Office skills
Graphic design abilities (Photoshop, Illustrator)
SalesForce CRM experience (preferred)
HTML (preferred)
Credentials and Experience:
3-5 years in an in-house marketing department or agency
Marketing or Communications B.A. (Equivalent education or experience accepted)
Special Requirements:
Travel as required by position.
