We are a print, promotional products and fulfillment solution provider to companies with diverse print requirements ranging from short run digital printing to long run web offset and high quality sheet-fed printing. We also provide promotional products, web based order fulfillment, inventory and distribution solutions.
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
Responsibilities for this position include inside sales support, estimating and project management of commercial sheet-fed, web and digital printing, coordination of customer projects. This position will also negotiate, purchase and schedule paper deliveries, press and bindery work with our trade partners, and oversee production quality and on time delivery performance.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 3-5 years experience in the printing industry with a minimum of 2 years customer service and / or estimating experience working for commercial print manufacturer or distributor. Some graphic design / Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred. Must have a strong understanding of offset and digital print production techniques and cost factors. Inventory management, fulfillment and mailing experience is a plus.
In-depth knowledge of sheet-fed, web and digital printing, multi-tasking ability, strong computer, communication, organizational and problem solving skills are required for this position.
