Position Description:
This position serves as the organization's in-house resource for management and analysis of the CCI website and technical digital operations including website design, development, optimization, and management with the goal of tracking and increasing customer conversions. With responsibility for a wide variety of daily deliverables, this position engages in the development of website content, landing page and PURL setup, HTML, and prep for print files to support certification and recertification processes, promote sales, maintain excellent customer service, and gain content visibility. Will manage and perform website editorial activities including gathering and researching information that enhances the value of the site. Must be an innovative team player with fresh ideas on the use of technology in the online marketing communications industry.
Qualifications:
Undergraduate major preference: Business, IS/IT, Computer Science, related field and/or experience required. Must be proficient in webpage design, HTML, CSS, Javascript, Flash, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, DreamWeaver, and working in a .NET environment. Working knowledge of database management and schema, and reporting software such as SSRS or Crystal reports preferred. Experience with Salesforce highly desirable. Excellent project management, organizational and communication skills required.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Website
Provide front-end website development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Flash/ActionScript 3, IIS.
Maintain and review all web pages for accuracy and consistency.
Create and design new website pages and update existing website pages based on input from content area specialists in order to increase traffic, enhance user experience, support certification and recertification process and marketing campaigns.
Provide graphic design for website and other areas of digital communications using Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign making sure that all design complies with company's brand guidelines
Recommend and implement SEM/PPC, SEO, and strategies
Coordinate website content administrators. Edit administrator's design and guide administrators through design projects.
Online Communications
Implement company's online communication strategies and campaigns
Ensure that all initiatives adhere to the CCI Brand Brief and are coordinated with website design and content.
Business Intelligence/Market Research
Utilize web analytic tools to optimize web usage
Assist with data collection, data aggregation and data reporting
Perform data mining activities utilizing the Certificant Management ,ecommerce systems among others to produce report to formulate recommendations to meet company business objectives and goals related to certificant demographics and behaviors.
Customer Relationship Management
Utilize ERP and other data sources to maximize eCRM.
Assist in developing eCRM strategies to attract, maintain and enhance company customer relationships
Information Technology
Configure, administer, and manage subscription based marketing tools including Salesforce, SurveyGizmo, and Readytalk.
Work with outside vendors to maintain operational services including website, email, shared folders and customer and site databases.
Recommend upgrades and technology enhancements
Recommend and implement Web 2.0 technologies including PURLs, blogs, RSS, social networking, among others.
Customer Support
Assist and support customer service help desk with technology related inquiries including website, database and online store offerings.
