Printwand, Inc. located in Keego Harbor, Michigan is hiring a full time, customer service team member. We are a growing online retail / e-commerce company that services several websites including specialty online print and promotional product solutions. We are looking to hire someone with strong customer service skills along with graphics skills. We are looking for someone who has a graphics or printing background but this is a customer service position. THIS IS NOT A GRAPHIC DESIGN POSITION. If your goal is to be a graphic designer in the future, this position is NOT for you. Please do not apply.

We are looking for someone that has a good understanding of computers and is comfortable learning new programs and processes. You must be a quick learner.

Duties include (but not limited to):

- Answer incoming phone calls, field questions or requests from clients, and respond in a timely manner.

- Help customers make decisions selecting the correct products and print methods.

- Work closely with our customers and graphic designers to prepare customer artwork for print.

- Follow up with clients to answer any questions they may have.

Requirements:

- Great Phone Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients.

- Graphic Design / Pre-Press Experience - preferably proficient using design software like Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop CS 3, 4 or 5.

- Have an understanding of the different printing process.
- Great Multi-Tasking Skills

- Detail Oriented

- MS Office and general computer knowledge. It is imperative that you have very good computer skills.

- Knowledge of Quickbooks is a plus.

- Sales experience is a plus

- Graphic Design experience is a plus
