Between the hours of Monday-Thursday: 8:30am -- 3:30pm, Friday: 8:30am -- 12:30pm

Requirements

Junior, Senior or recent graduate of 4 year program (Marketing, Design, Communications or similar)

Able to work on site in our main offices in New Prague, MN.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Work on site under supervision of Marketing Manager and Site Manager

Design customized marketing materials/package inserts

Monitor and post on blogs, forums, and social networks

Website and social media optimization/Keyword analysis for SEO

Create/Monitor email campaigns and lists

Monitor affiliate network

Monitor Pay Per Click Campaigns

Add products to the website

Answer phones as needed/help with shipping dept as needed

Required Skills:

Graphic Design Portfolio/Experience

o Photoshop experience is a MUST

Basic photo editing

Optimizing photos for web

Web banner creation

Desire to learn -- a lot!

Desired Skills (Be ready to learn):

Google Adwords (PPC)

Google Analytics

Promotional Copywriting

Product Photography

Social Media (Facebook/Twitter)

Email Marketing

Ecommerce/Online Marketing

Ecommerce Website Maintenance

Basic HTML Knowledge (be able to create tables -- usually WYSIWYG interface)
