Job Objective:
Marketing supports an estimated 250 dealers in 53 countries, 8 dealer/sales representatives, and manages 10 individual brands by electronic media, print, shopping cart, brand specific web pages, and dealer/service provider support web pages.
Job Purpose:
Artesian Spas/May Manufacturing is currently seeking a qualified candidate with creative, cutting-edge marketing ideas with the focus on ROI, combined with tech savvy skills to implement concepts from start to finish through print and web. The ideal candidate will have a variety of expertise and know-how skills which include: Copy Writing, Graphic Design, Website Development/Maintenance, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine
Marketing (SEM), Email Marketing, and E-Commerce experience.
Duties:
* Branding: Coordinate the maintenance, cataloging, and development of consistent branding of all May Manufacturing brands, while taking the initiative to integrate innovative ideas and concepts.
* Collateral Implementation and Process: Assist in the development and maintenance of all sales/marketing materials, collateral, and pieces. Ensure edit approval processes are implemented and proper materials are uploaded to the U.S. dealer, U.K. dealer, spa owner, and service provider web pages (Items include: Images, Commercials, Editable Templates, Marketing Guides, Brochures, Available DVDs, Printable 11x17 Spa Displays, Order Forms, Part Books, Dealer Guidebooks, Line Drawings, Manuals, and Newsletters). Producing these items means working closely with the Engineering Department to ensure product updates and/or changes are current on all print material, product websites, and dealer web pages.
* eMarketing: Assist in the management of all social media marketing, and product websites with the emphasis on SEO/SEM. Contribute to e-blast, product promotions, and online advertising.
* Shopping Cart: Manage and stay on top of everyday product specification and changes to manually manage the in-house shopping cart.
* Administration Marketing System: Assist with the system administration, providing customer and technical support of the Dealer Login, Dealer Locator, Shopping Cart, Owner Login, Service Login, Part Finder, Intranet, Newsletter, Blog, and Forum.
* Purchasing and Vendors: Assist with print projects working closely with outside vendors to ensure competitive pricing, quality control, and materials are delivered in a timely manner.
* Sales Efforts: Provide daily support via phone and email to all sales representatives and their dealers for their specific graphic or marketing needs (e.g. product promotions, sales presentations, proposal packages). Assist in the management of incoming web generated leads and/or inquiries and forwarding to the appropriate sales representative or dealer. Assist in the strategizing and planning to increase sales and the improvement of sales representative and dealer support.
* Event & Tradeshow: Assist in coordinating all marketing events working closely with vendors, staff, and the Engineering department to ensure all details are planned for accordingly.
* Misc: Complete misellaneous tasks and special marketing projects as assigned.
Skills/Qualifications:
B.A. in Marketing/Graphic Design or related field with 3-5+ years experience/Skills Required: Graphic Design (Adobe Creative Suite), Web Development (CSS, and Java, Basic PHP, Flash, Email/Hosting/CPanel Support, SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Google AdWords), Social Media Marketing, Communications/PR/Copywriting, eCommerce, Business Development/Lead Generation
