Event Coordinator/Wine Club Manager

Washington Wine and Beverage Company, home of Silver Lake, Glen Fiona, Girly Girl and Leone Wines, is looking for a full-time Event Coordinator/Wine Club Manager with graphic design skills at our Woodinville location. This position will be in charge of wine clubs, our donation program and internal events. This position will also have light travel between our Woodinville and Zillah location on occasion to ensure the success of our Eastern WA events. Pay is $32,000 plus incentives. Job Responsibilities:

Retail Event Management - Coordinate and Host events at our Zillah and Woodinville Tasting Rooms

Wine Club Management - Maintain Database, Host Parties and Coordinate shipments.

Retail Room Marketing - Develop POS for Events, maintain social media sites and advertise events to local media.

Donation Program - Handle all Donation requests and maintain database of non-profits we support.

Event Hosting

Social Media Skills - Facebook, Twitter, websites

Retail Marketing

Computer Skills -- Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Outlook, Excel, Word, Access

Good people skills

Demonstrated ability to excel in a sales environment

Committed weekend work

Wine Knowledge

Can handle multiple tasks at once

Inventory counting/balancing
