Clear Channel is accepting resumes for the full-time position of Executive Assistant. Duties and responsibilities for this position include:

Support, as directed, for President/Market Manager, and additional managers as directed

Administrative tasks: typing, filing and organization.

Provide basic financial functions including the compiling of data as well as the general accounting.

Maintenance of calendars, contacts, phone logs, schedules and travel

Coordinate events for local office, Boston/Providence Cluster, and management meetings

Develop and maintain management and reporting systems

Assist in Human Resource and EEO functions

Assist with digital sales support

Qualifications include:

Experience in a fast paced office environment

Working knowledge of business office procedures, including filing, writing business letters and organizational skills

Ability to multi-task with attention to detail and accuracy

Able to be trusted with confidential information

Trustworthy

High level of proficiency in Microsoft Suite 7 products including EXCEL, POWERPOINT, and WORD

Graphic design skills and ability to use ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR and PHOTOSHOP

Ability to use designated Clear Channel software including commercial and digital traffic system, corporate reporting and financial systems

Advanced Internet skills and good working knowledge of the on-line medium

Analytic ability to aggregate and interpret data

Demonstrated comprehension of the job responsibilities associated with the positions you will service -- President, Regional Controller, and Director of Sales

Ability to anticipate and interpret the needs of the management staff without direction

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

Basic accounting knowledge to support general financial functions

College Degree preferred
