Graphic and Web Designer Job Description -- ClinEdge
ClinEdge, a marketing and business development company dedicated to the success of clinical trials, is seeking a full-time graphic designer. We are a small, dynamic, rapidly growing company based in Boston offering business development and marketing services in the clinical research industry.
The ideal candidate will have a combination of graphic design, web design and project management capabilities. Design experience relating to the medical industry is a plus; clinical trials experience is even better.
We're seeking candidates with 2 plus years of related work experience and a driven, self-motivated attitude.
Roles and Responsibilities for this Position include:
Development of creative, branded marketing collateral for ClinEdge and clients of ClinEdge
Project management for multiple clients including: collateral development, branding, website design/management, understanding of the communication process
Continuous support to the marketing team and overall marketing efforts for ClinEdge
Website development capabilities including: HTML, CSS, SEO and CMS implementation
Knowledge and experience with pre-press printing for collateral development
Key Skills and Competencies:
Excellent design skills, both for graphics and web, with the ability to understand and effectively work with a marketing team.
Master of the adobe creative suite applications: Illustrator/Dreamweaver/InDesign/Photoshop etc. . .
Website development capabilities including: HTML, CSS, SEO and CMS implementation
Highly organized, attention to deadlines.
Must have high initiative and superior work ethic
Ability to independently manage simultaneous projects
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
