Interactive Graphic Designer

We are currently seeking a full-time graphic designer with interactive experience. You will drive the design and development of multiple online projects. There may be some print design involved, but the bulk of your design will live online. (But no worries. . .no coding necessary. Let the developers worry 'bout that.)

The job can be fast-paced. You may be conceiving a website from scratch, or you may be making updates and banner tweaks. We have a client base that truly needs our expertise, and we're all-in as a team to make it happen.

A little about us

We are BancVue. We provide innovative products, services, marketing, and consulting to a nationwide market of community banks and credit unions. We win badass awards, make national news, and realize mind-boggling results for several hundred clients. We do it all with the joy that comes from waging open war against corporate megabanks (which we all know are evil). We've been doing it since 2004 and have grown to a company over 300 people strong.

We'll get to the qualifications in a minute, but first, a "mesh test." We're a team that relies on interdependence between departments, so being able to jive with us is critical.

Top 3 Signs This Could Be The Job For You

3. You like to dress casual while being so darn professional.

2. You believe user interfaces are as ripe for killer conceptual design as million-dollar TV commercials.

1. You believe pushing the envelope is outdated--why the envelope in the first place?

Top 3 Signs This Would NOT Be The Job For You

3. You think the internet's greatest potential is funny blooper videos.

2. You think the corporate megabanks that wrecked our economy got a bum rap.

1. You are vehemently opposed to a company tradition named "Beer:30."

OK. If you're still reading, thanks for hanging in. We need to weed out the people with a short attention span.
