Junior Art Director (Denver)

We are seeking a qualified Junior Art Director to join our team. In this position, you will augment our talented traditional graphic design efforts and be responsible for helping direct and produce all traditional graphic design materials related to the company's brand.

Additional Responsibilities: Will protect and leverage the integrity of the company's brand in all marketing related materials. Will collaborate with all members of the company's in-house national marketing team, including in-house ad agency personnel, to strategically develop materials which support the company's business objectives. As a member of our boutique in-house ad agency team, must be willing to produce all levels of materials including day-to-day production materials as well as the execution of high-level design concepts.

Minimum Requirements: A four year degree in Graphic Design

Experience: 5+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in an agency setting. Strong artistic visualization and conceptual skills; Advanced knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite CS5 (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat); Advanced knowledge of design techniques, tools and principles; Strong attention to detail; Ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects; Ability to handle flexible workloads in a fast paced environment; Competence with color correction and image manipulation using Photoshop; Excellent communication skills; Advanced knowledge of Macintosh operating systems and troubleshooting; Pre-press preparation skills and understanding of the printing process preferred.
