Award-Winning Ad Agency in need of Junior Graphic Designer with agency experience for print and retail environments for in-house freelance to perm position.
You will:
Create visual design solutions that address business, brand, market, and user requirements of each assignment.
Participate in program brainstorming, concept development, and design.
Successfully communicate (present) visual ideas, design rationale and the specifics of your design solutions.
Collaborate with web developers, creative teammates, project managers, team strategists and account staff to ensure successful delivery of the final work product.
Desired Skills & Experience:
3+ years experience in the Design industry
Expert knowledge of all applications relevant to Print including Photoshop, Indesign and Illustrator. Front-End Web design skills are a huge plus.
Intermediate knowledge of Web Design (HTML, CSS, PHP) is a plus.
Ability to work on multiple projects at a time
Strong portfolio with real world examples of client projects
Strong sense of Typography, Layout, Concept Development and Color Theory
