Full time Marketing Administrator with graphic skills needed for a large Corporately-owned automotive service center. The company now has 60 locations in 6 states, and continues to expand its operations. Applicant needs to be great at multi-tasking and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

This position will assist the Director of Marketing in a variety of marketing administrative functions and will also be involved in the coordination / creation of graphics for a variety of internal and external print and electronic pieces. While not responsible for all graphics generation, this position will be responsible for supporting the graphics efforts as necessary.

Requirements/Skills needed include, but are not limited to:

Proficiency in Windows and MAC OSX required.

Expertise in MS Office environment as well as design software including Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Dreamweaver.

Must possess clear understanding of effective offline and online communications (print, direct mail, email, social media, production, design, technologies, and usability).

Knowledge/experience in buying print, TV, Radio and interactive marketing.

Demonstrated ability to produce a high volume of quality work under pressure and with tight deadlines.

Strong focus and attention to detail, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Ability to work within a team.

Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Professional demeanor and appearance are expected.

General administrative skills and can-do attitude.
