About the Company: We are a 27 year old successful outdoor hospitality company. We own and operate seven properties throughout Southern California from Palm Desert to San Diego. This position reports to the corporate office in La Jolla, CA. This is a mid-level position. We are looking for a full-time, career oriented professional who is willing to grow within the company. Salary range DOE.
Qualifications:
Up-to-date skills in web marketing and integrating on and offline media.Must have knowledge of SEO/SEM strategies and AnalyticsExperience setting up and tracking goals and funnels Must have familiarity working with CMS's for content management and optimization (WordPress and Drupal preferred)Experience with basic HTML/ CSSKnowledge of link back strategies and how to harness social media for search rankings Strong understanding and ability to apply marketing principlesMust have working knowledge of Adobe Creative Software and eye for designExperience maintaining social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Flickr, Youtube)Excellent communication skills both oral and writtenMust be able to prioritize and multi-task effectively, strong work ethic, laser sharp attention to detail, self-directed, and love what you do.

Requirements:
