Moran Family of Brands is a leading franchisor in the automotive aftermarket industry with retail locations across the country. We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator/Graphic Designer to assist with the implementation of marketing and communication strategies, advertising and collateral development and franchisee support for our national brands.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication/journalism advertising, design or related field and/or equivalent years of experience.

2-5 years experience a professional services environment

Excellent writing skills and design experience

Strong project management skills

Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point & Publisher)

Experience in design, layout and production of promotional materials using Adobe

Creative Suite Programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Working knowledge of HTML, Dreamweaver and/or Flash is beneficial

Proactive, creative team player who works well in a fast paced, self-managed, customer focused environment

Experience with Social Media/internet marketing a plus

Key Responsibilities:

The primary focus of this position is to provide marketing support services to various aspects of the business and to provide graphic design services.

Writing content and developing artwork for marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, websites and collateral material.

Maintain database of artwork and franchisee files

Assist franchise owners with marketing and advertising requests such as designing ads and providing marketing guidance

Website and Intranet updates and maintenance.

Build and Manage relationships with key vendors

Promote and protect adherence to corporate marketing standards

Candidate must be willing to handle all aspects of marketing and related administrative functions of this position.
