The successful candidate is versatile, with a demonstrated ability to design cross-functionally in both print and digital worlds.

Job Requirements:

Collaborate with the Sympoz Marketing team to assist in the design and execution of email and print-based deliverables.

Maintain brand standards across multiple platforms.

Help develop visual identities for event, promotional and course materials.

Assist with production and communicate with print vendors.

Understand how to design & construct HTML emails, email templates and web banners.

Color correct and retouch photos.

Education/Experience Requirements:

2-3 years experience in print and digital design.

BA in Graphic Arts/Design or Multimedia Design.

Enjoy working in fast paced work environment.

Ability to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and deadlines.

Strong communication skills, with a predisposition to ask "why?".

Experience with Adobe CS5 (specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Dreamweaver).

Ability to work closely with a team of creatives.

Pluses:

Experience with video production.

Experience with web design.

Experience with CSS.

Digital photography.
