Oversee all Marketing, Advertising, as well as Human Resources.

Accountabilities:
1/ Marketing, Corporate Communications, Public Relations:
- Coordinating and supervise our PR Firm and Graphic freelancer
- Suggesting ideas for new articles for the company
- Responsible for gathering company press clippings in an organized fashion
- Maintaining brand uniformity throughout all company enterprises
- Communication responsibilities including improving internal communication within the company and sending out e-blasts with exclusive news
- Responsible for company website and managing website content
- Enhancing company SEO strategy
- Coordinating company corporate events and gatherings
2/ Human Resources
Recruit, interview and select applicants.
Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
Analyze training needs to design employee training programs.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in the marketing industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with real estate media/publications a plus or good understanding of the brokerage business and real estate industry
