Marketing Representative (Mesa, Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert)

Physical therapy and spinal rehabilitation facility seeks Marketing Representative to work in our energetic fast-paced Mesa office. Must have a dynamic, outgoing personality and have the ability to multi-task implementing internal and external marketing initiatives.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

- Consistent promotion and relationship building with current referring sources including frequent clinic visits.

- Acquisition of new referral sources throughout the Mesa, Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert and Scottsdale areas.

- Creation of original marketing programs and promotions which further stimulate referral sources.

- Hosting and executing lunches and any other marketing related events.

- Creation of all internal marketing efforts (ie. . .monthly newsletter, patient resources).

- Updating of website content, including search engine optimization strategies and social media.

- Article writing/blog updates, assist with content for link building strategies

- Establishing community marketing opportunities.

- Masterminding innovative promotional campaigns.

Requirements:

Must be creative, concise and organized;

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to articulate ideas clearly in oral and written communication;

2-3 years of marketing or public relations experience preferably medical related;

A personality that is able to easily build relationships with physicians and their staff;

A reliable vehicle and clean driving record;

Bachelor degree in marketing or a related field is a plus;

Graphic design and web development skills a plus;

Compensation includes competitive base salary with commission +benefits.
