Marketing/Advertising Coordinator With Website Manegement (Northgate)

Party @ Display and Costume is looking for an experienced Marketing/Advertising Coordinator with Website Management. This is a full time position with benefits.

General Responsibilities:

Develop, plan and execute marketing campaigns under ownership guidance.

Manage annual marketing and advertising budget under ownership guidance.

Represent and oversee company regarding media and public relations (TV, Radio, Internet)

Establish contacts and negotiate with outside advertising companies on behalf of the company.

Oversee concept and design of advertising media prior to release.

Develop and execute an effective social media marketing plan (online)

Assist with Ad graphic design (print and online)

Resource images for retail website.

Update company website with changing holidays and promotions.

Research participation in local events and manage staff and logistics: trade shows, festivals, parades, exhibitions, etc.

Create and print in house media including signage and labeling.

Maintain and update various in-house forms.

Experience and Education Requirements:

Four year degree in Marketing or related subject area.

At least 5 years experience in marketing/website in a retail environment.

Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and PHP

Experience with Microsoft Office products -- particularly Access and Excel

Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast paced environment.

Experience with Photoshop or other image editing software.

Excellent phone and person-to-person communication skills.

Experience in the retail industry is a plus.

This Job is located in North Seattle (Northgate).
