MARKETING/GRAPHICS ASSISTANT

The San Rafael office is seeking a strong, creative individual to support a team of commercial real estate agents in their marketing efforts to lease and sell commercial properties. The marketing/graphics assistant will work closely with local office of real estate agents and the SF based internal Graphic Design team to produce materials such as property listing flyers, property tour books, advertisements, and other marketing materials. Most work created is template-based with branding and corporate guidelines. Position is a critical function within the local support team to keep client facing materials looking great and generating best-of-class results.

Ideal Candidate will have:

An interest in working with images, aerials, graphics, and charts to to produce work product that is aesthetically pleasing, i.e., have a good eye for design.

Excellent administrative and organizational skills -- attention to detail a must.

Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.

Good follow up and customer service skills; must work well under pressure with ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to take direction when necessary, work independently and efficiently, as well as be a team player willing to lend a hand whenever necessary.

4 year college degree preferred.

2-3 years' experience working in a professional environment.

Positive, can-do attitude, high personal pride in work product, and desire to learn and grow.

SPECIFIC TASKS:

Lead local graphics and marketing support to sales and consulting executives.

Create presentations for new listing opportunities using Publisher, PowerPoint and/or InDesign.

Update and create template-based materials such as property listing flyers and property tour books.

Coordinate and project manage large and custom projects such as custom email blasts, postcard campaigns, and high profile presentations or proposals with the internal Graphic Department.

Facilitate production and upkeep of marketing materials.

Copy, printing, binding as required.

Help maintain Excel mailing lists.

Provide general administrative support as required.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS

Must have excellent Microsoft Office skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Publisher.

Working knowledge of InDesign or other graphic program.
