Media/Print/Design Assistant

Pre-press and commercial printing experience a big +

Proficient with Illustrator/Photoshop.

Major graphic design experience is NOT required, and there will be very limited creation of original art, but the opportunity for original design is available (print and web media)

You will be formatting incoming customer artwork for printing.

Possesses a good eye for color, layout, and typeset

Possesses exceptional analytical and problem solving skills.

Attention to detail, schedule, and deadlines

Ability to follow directions, multi-task and work efficiently

Excellent organizational and prioritizing skills

Ability to effectively communicate and interact with various departmental personnel at all levels

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Own transportation for company errands

Office Assistant

Proficient in QuickBooks, Excel, Word and Outlook

Possesses exceptional analytical and problem solving skills.

Record retention/filing

General/Entry level accounting tasks
