We're on our way to becoming one of the leading players in the online financial media industry (alongside such names as The Motley Fool, TheStreet.com, Morningstar, Investor's Business Daily (IBD) and others). This position is ideal for a recent college graduate who wants to start a career in marketing through hands-on experience. You will be assisting the Product Marketing Managers with coordinating, implementing and tracking of our online marketing efforts. You'll be performing key tasks that are essential to our business.

You will support subscription-acquisition and renewal efforts along with cross-selling and step-up marketing programs to maximize revenue.

Your responsibilities may include:

- Updating marketing pieces on the web

- Tracking performance of online marketing efforts

- Proofreading ads, emails, and other marketing materials

- Researching best practices used by our competitors

- Formatting web pages (We'll teach you how to do this using our system)

- Monitoring the StreetAuthority web sites for marketing opportunities

- Graphics manipulation

We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:

Required Education:

- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field. We are looking for a recent college graduate with some prior professional experience, whether in an internship or a full-time position.

Required Skills/ Knowledge:

- Excellent writing and editing skills (includes spelling and grammar)

- Experience with FrontPage is a big plus. HTML skills are also a plus

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including proficiency with PowerPoint

- Some graphic design skills

- Some online marketing knowledge -- much will be learned on-the-job

- Ability to work quickly and accurately

- Knowledge of the financial markets is a plus

- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team

- Analytical skills -- must be comfortable creating and analyzing data using Excel

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
