Personal Assistant for Event Production business owners

We're looking for an assistant who can devote 20-30 hours/week to help with our lean, successful event production business. We work on a seasonal schedule, producing 3-5 major events during the school year, with light upkeep in the summers. The business is run by a husband / wife team. The business is located in both a home office as well as a small dedicated office space nearby.

The major responsibilities include the following:

E-Mail management -- Assisting Executive in handling deluge of incoming emails.

Administrative tasks -- Create filing systems, organize collateral materials, email and calendar management for the Executive Producer / Founder

Event production -- Social media and marketing, update and manage our website (HTML and/or Wordpress experience preferred), print marketing materials (Photoshop a Plus) and setting up on the day-of-show

Very light errands -- such as picking up business mail from our P.O. Box or grabbing coffee, etc.

Desired Skills: Web Design or Graphic Design experience, previous experience supporting a C-Level executive, Social Media expertise, experience in Set/Stage production a plus.

Miscellaneous Household Assistance -- Helping manage the busy household
