5+ years sign industry experience

Background in vinyl creation & application and large format digital printing

Strong computer skills and spectacular design creativity

Expert experience in one or more of the following programs: FlexiSIGN, InDesign, Adobe Illustrator and/or Adobe Photoshop

Experience with sign industry Cyrious software is also desired

Solid track record of accurately estimating and meeting deadlines

Detail-orientation and multi-tasking skills are critical

Unparalleled communication skills

Good math skills

Strong people skills, able to work both independently and in a fast-paced team environment

Work directly with both customers and subcontractors
