Coldwell Banker in Northbrook, IL is seeking a detail-oriented P.T. Marketing Assistant to work 28 hours per week with a flexible work schedule. The Marketing Assistant is responsible for supporting the sales staff of a large commercial real estate company.

Responsibilities:

Create property flyers and send e-mail blasts.

Update and input information in databases

Create sales and listing presentations/packages.

Handle light reception and office duties and other administration support duties.

Qualifications:

Associates or Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising or Graphic Design preferred.

2 -- 3 years of work related experience.

Creative and tech-savvy minded.

Strong customer service and writing skills required.

Efficient in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Publisher, Outlook, and Adobe Photoshop.
