Job Description:

You will...

Drive the creative design and everything marketing, from tag line to the picture, for our websites, ads, and all collateral
Assist in designing, translating and helping bring the UI to life
Help to ensure the usability and appearance of the site is world class
Play a key role in the visual design and roll-out of products
Design ads (interactive and static) that sell themselves, promoting our brand and services
Create unique campaigns for multiple target customer segments
Balance design perfection with requirements and deadlines that may change frequently

Stellar graphic design abilities
An eye for detail
Very organized and diligent
The versatility to contribute to intelligent and easy-to-use UI design
Ability to create custom graphics and styles using modern CSS themes that maintain consistency across multiple platforms and browsers
Rapid prototyping
Strong team player with proven cross-functional collaboration skills
Ability to clearly communicate and demonstrate ideas and concepts
Video editing skills a plus, but not required

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Interactive Communications, Graphic Design or equivalent is required
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in designing Web sites and creating Web graphics
Should have a good understanding of user interface and usability guidelines
Image retouching and color correction
Print production and material handling required
High level of enthusiasm, creativity, initiative and innovation
Experience in the following design tools and skills is required: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Flash, HTML, CSS
Proven design portfolio that demonstrates your talents and skills in Web + Print
