Terrific growth opportunity to become the lead sign maker/graphic designer in a new fast growing, fast paced, sign business. Candidates must have 5+ years sign industry experience, with strong computer skills, a background in vinyl application, and large format digital printing.

Professional must be: Self-motivated; self-confident, diplomatic, and willing to work in fast-paced team environment. Must have excellent oral and written communications skills.

Some duties:

- Inspect jobs for accuracy prior to sending to the plotter/printer.

- Proofread; perform basic math; sign basics including design theory, typestyles, and color theory.

- Logo manipulations: scanning, editing, using FlexiSIGN, InDesign, AI and Photoshop.

- Image sourcing: locate stock photos, understand copyright laws, understand facility capabilities and assist with determination of ain-housea vs. aout-sourcinga manufacturing; understand resolution options and optimal enlargement sizes.

- Provide proofs as necessary to customers and be responsible for aon-timea production.

- Perform daily and weekly scheduled computer backups.

- Assist with maintaining all equipment including computer, plotters and printers.

- Maintain accurate electronic and paper records (logs, saving by invoice number, dating)

- Notify manager of low inventory; minimize waste by using ink, substrates and vinyl efficiently.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain a positive upbeat attitude.

- Read and interpret work orders, provide proofs as necessary for customer approval, determine best output method. Additional Requirements: *Car enthusiast a plus *Experience applying vehicle graphics and wraps a plus *Create custom profiles a plus *Experience with Cyrious Software a plus
