RadioFlag is an extraordinary social media tech start up company that is poised to explode onto the big stage this year. Our mobile applications were first introduced locally on the campus of UCI (highlighted in a special 4 hour KUCI 88.9Fm Radio broadcast ) this past April 2011. We just launched on a National Front this October, as the official APP of National College Radio Day. Since then we have galvanized College Radio across the country and have been riding a wave of momentum. We are NOW seeking Awesome Software Developers, who are ready to excel to the top with us, and willing to put in the work that it takes to get there .

Qualifications:

a{cent} Experience in Social media marketing, i.e. Blogging, Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, Myspace, LinkedIn, StumbleUpon, photo blogging etc.

a{cent} Passion to explore new forms of Social Media, with ability to catch on fast, and utilize new technological features quickly and effectively

a{cent} Excellent at following directions and following through on task assignments

a{cent} Responsive Communication is A MUST

a{cent} Must be a Self Motivated and able to work without constant supervision

a{cent} Ability to learn quickly and thrive through following examples of others, feedback, and constructive evaluation

a{cent} Must have iPhone, Android or laptop capabilities.

a{cent} 15 hours /week minimum time commitment per week. (The work required can be done remotely and on your own time. Minimum time requirement is 15 hours/week, spread out across the week and logged)

a{cent} Ability to work successfully both independently, and as a Team player,

a{cent} Strong sense of ownership and pride, creative with a drive to Succeed and exceed expectations.

The Social Media Radio Liaison position is an entry level marketing position open to College students and/or the entrepreneurial minded who are social media savvy and want to be a part of a successful tech start up. The internship/ apprenticeship require you to fulfill a simple (yet important) entry level supportive marketing role (with lots of opportunity to advance quickly if you fulfill this first level successfully. Its really up to YOU) Those interns we identify as STANDOUTS at the end of the 4 month internship (possibly sooner for Extreme standouts) period will be considered to join the RadioFlag team on a more formal basis going forward ; with the possibility of becoming equity partners.

It is a 'Real Radio ' Community where users can socialize and interact 'On Air Live' with DJ's ,talk show host, other users, musicians, bands etc. in REAL TiME, all from one device ; web or mobile devices.

RadioFlag's network primarily includes stations which are considered 'Real Radio' (i.e. Live On - Air Radio).
