Weigel Broadcasting Co., home to WCIU, The U, MeTV, MeToo and This, has an immediate opening for a part-time, temporary Graphic Designer. You will develop and produce print and motion graphics for the promotion, production, sales, web and news departments. Successful candidate will have knowledge of television production and training in layout and aesthetic design concepts and principles. Must be able to work independently as well as under immediate supervision, under tight deadlines and rapidly changing situations. Experience with Adobe After Effects, Illustrator and Photoshop in a Macintosh based design department required. Deko 3000 and Avid skills are a plus. Requires a Bachelor's degree, technical degree or its equivalent and 2 years of experience in the field of graphic design or related area. Must be able to work flexible hours, approximately 20-25 per week.
