Junior Art Director Internship

We are looking for a very young graphic designer to start ASAP! It is an internship position quickly evolving to a part time Junior Art Director position for the right person. We are a small design studio focusing on the online branding of ultra hip Boutique Suites Hotel concept. We are looking for a hip & stylish, uber creative, self-motivated, hands-on, no attitude person.

The Position:

you will expand the existing online and print communication under the creative direction

gather and prepare materials for social media and newsletters

you will be in charge of developing the online shop with graphic items, prototypes and packaging you will get to create

you will direct a network of local designers

Requirements:

last year student in a top design NYC school (major in Advertising and Graphic design)

very young, dynamic and creative candidate; a multitasker

CS5 proficiency on mac

html pages for newsletters, Mailchimp

photography aficionado; able to take great interiors shots

able to plan/organize work for the whole studio

Additional Information:

the job will be classifiedas an unpaid Internship for 6 weeks, but open to a part-time position at the end of the 6 weeks. It will be a part time internship on flexible schedule
