WEB DESIGNER

Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Serves as an expert in front-end web development, especially with HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
Work with back0end programming technologies.
Assist with leading development efforts.
Building functional upgrades to different sites.
3 to 5 years of professional, post-collegiate experience.
Must have a BFA, MFA or equivalent work experience.
Thorough understanding of graphic design principles, including page layout, color theory and typography.
Expert knowledge of all Adobe programs, CS4 and CS5 are required.
Expert experience in semantic HTML, CSS development and JavaScript libraries including JQuery and Prototype.
Must be detail oriented and able to work independently and juggle many projects at the same time.
SALES ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE

Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Identify and establish contact with potential prospects.
maintain contact with new and existing customers and respond to sales inquiries.
Meet monthly sales goals and targets.
Assist in identifying new opportunities and development and enhancement of existing products.
Negotiate agreement terms and close the sale.
2 to 3 year relevant work experience required.
Excellent problem solving and organizational skills.
Must be able to communicate complicated technical issues and have effective presentation skills.
Customer service, sales skills, and the ability to meet deadlines is necessary.
Must be able to multitask.
RECRUITER

Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Create and promote consultative selling models and negotiate partner candidates and corporate clients.
Work with and develop core relationships and business partnerships with hiring managers.
Provide excellent customer service.
2 to 3 years relevant work experience necessary.
Must be a confident, natural communicator who can represent the recruiting team.
Should have strong communication skills and be able to judge character.
Must have the ability to be persuasive, persistent and patient with a variety of clients.
Flexibility and an adaptable attitude required.
JUNIOR ANALYST

Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Prepare, review and distribute monthly reports.
Maintain a budget and reforecast information in the accounting system.
Develop, maintain and distribute report models as needed.
Collaborate with the business's functional areas, including sales, customer support, marketing, gathering data, and communication results.
Analyze the market and industry reports data.
1 to 2 years relevant work experience required.
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
Experience in reporting, consolidation and analysis.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel is necessary.
Must have strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects.
Must have excellent communication skills and be detail oriented with strong organizational abilities and analytical skills.
