3-C Institute for Social Development is seeking candidates for a Web Developer. The primary responsibilities of the Web Developer may include the following:

Being an integral part of a team responsible for creating and developing innovative web-based applications and services

Responsible for an application in each step of its development, including requirements specification, design, user flows, coding, unit and integration testing and ongoing support & maintenance

Working with graphic designers, fellow developers, and quality assurance/support personnel in a collaborative team environment

Job Requirements

Experience working with medium-sized dynamic web applications

Solid programming skills

Eye for graphic detail

Knack for creating simple and elegant easy-to-use interfaces

Self-starter personality that integrates well with a team

PHP 5 or significant experience with similar languages

MySQL or significant experience with similar SQL databases

Javascript / AJAX

Cross-browser CSS

Additional Experience

(Helpful experience to have but not required)

Adobe Flash and/or Flash Video

Content Management Systems

Learning Management Systems

Employment Type: Entry-level, Full-Time Employee

Degree Requirements: 4 year degree in Computer Science
