Full-time Salary: $30,000 - $60,000 Depending on Experience + Bonus.
Status: Full-Time or Part-time
Minimum Requirements: 3+ years of related experience, B.S. or M.S. preferred
Any equivalent combination of training and experience
SpectraLight Technologies is a leading manufacturer of cutting-edge products. We've been busy laying foundations that are changing lives for the better. Our products improve health, water quality, reduce energy use and lower chemical demand, helping our clients to protect what's important.

Our products include revolutionary products such as ultraviolet disinfections systems, robotic pool cleaners, energy efficient pumps, advanced Zeolite filter media and power adjustable desks. We're seeking a website designer and manager with a broad skill set to create, develop, update and maintain all web properties. Currently there are about a dozen websites that we publish.

Required Knowledge/Skillset/Abilities

Familiar with a variety of the web related concepts, practices, and procedures.
Require a strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Advanced working knowledge graphic design, web development, and SEO
Advanced working knowledge of general copywriting and writing for the web
Advanced knowledge of Dreamweaver, HTML, CSS and JavaScript and popular content management systems such as Wordpress
Intermediate Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator skills
Candidate must be a self starter who always looks to push a project forward without immediate supervision
Must have strong writing skills and be a strong multi-tasker
Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and update 15 or more organizational websites
Produce web content in a manner that is appealing to targeted audience.
Develop and deploy social media content, customer case studies and monthly marketing newsletter.
Maintain a consistent look and feel throughout related web properties
Develop, maintain, and ensure integrity of discussion posts, such as a weblog or forum.
Copyedit and proofread all web content
Track and report on all site metrics to evaluate performance of online marketing
Responsible for crafting site promotions, email newsletters, and online outreach campaigns.
Working with the Director, develop strategies to increase web conversions
Keep current with emerging web technologies through relevant blogs, listservs, and events.
Assure web sites are secure and backed up on a regular basis
Other duties as assigned.
This position is based in Georgetown. Will consider allowing remote work 2-3 days per week.
