Architectural Designer
Zelloe + Weaver, a small firm with work in residential, commercial & retail areas, is looking for individuals to join our studio. This position requires teamwork with all aspects of the design experience, an awareness of all studios projects, project flexibility, and interplay with all team members.
The successful candidate is responsible for understanding the client's goals and objectives and delivering their contribution with the design team to our clients.
Interior Design fascination with materials, finishes, colors, details, and methods of sharing ideas, in digital, print, and physical media.
Demonstratable skills will be required for:
BIM software
2D Drafting programs
Rendering technology, Artlantis
3D Modeling, Sketch-up, Rhino
Photoshop
Felt and Chartpak markers
Word processing
Experience Level:
Degree in Architecture or Interior Design
minimum 1 years of relevant office experience
Candidates should have an accredited degree in design and 1 year related experience in a profession work environment.
You should also have experience with presenting design concepts and preparation of contract documents.
Desired candidates will have exposure to sustainable practices And belief that it matters.
Candidates must possess excellent verbal communication skills, and will be required to coordinate with consultants, contractors and vendors. Knowledge and understanding of retail experience and tenant build-outs is a plus.
