Below is the complete job description of the positions I am looking to fill:

Our client offers the U.S. Government qualified and clearable personnel to solve engineering, construction, facility, intelligence, environmental, and information technology needs. Their staff has supported mission critical, homeland security, installation/base optimization, range sustainability, space exploration, unexploded ordnance clean-up, missile defense, and disaster relief programs. Project/Need

As our clients Contractor supporting the Fort Worth US Army Corp of Engineers these folks will have the independent technical responsibility to provide architectural services to include, but not limited to: Development of design drawings for military construction, review of architectural shop drawings, review of Design/Build design submittals, prepare briefings, attend meetings. Secondary duties are CADD layout and detailing of architectural systems using MicroStation/Bentley BIM software, resolution of design issues, preparation, tracking and upward reporting of design schedules, review coordination and documenting and maintaining project files.

The following is a list of typical responsibilities and deliverables that the positions will be required to execute while supporting projects and programs: On-going Architectural design support for assigned projects; Timely problem resolution of questions associated with assigned projects; Development and maintenance of documentation for project status and reports as needed; All procedures will be followed to ensure successful project completion within cost; Develop Scope of Works; Develop Design-Build solicitations; Review of RFP documents, Design/Build design submittals, construction shop drawings.

Pay Rate Range: $31/hr - $35/hr

7 month assignment

Architect (2 needed)

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture (or equivalent) is required with 5-8 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree and 5+ years related experience. Prior experience as technical lead on projects valued at over $1OM is required. Professional registration is preferred but not required at this level.

Requires proficiency in the application of architectural design standards, practices, techniques, and concepts.

Experience with hotels or unaccompanied personnel housing and interior design as it relates to placement of furniture is required.

Interior Designer

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design (or equivalent) is required with 5-8 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree and 5+ years related experience. NCIDQ (National Council for Interior Design Qualification) Certification is required at this level. Additional relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED, CCM) are preferred.

Requires proficiency in the application of interior design standards, practices, and techniques, as well as a demonstrated proficiency in sketching, rendering, model{not} building, and presentation drawing.

Proficiency in CAD and other PC software packages typically associated with interior design is also required.

Requires working knowledge of LEED, experience working with Architects, and experience working on projects with a total value over $10M.

BIM Specialist I Structural Design

Requirements:

The candidate will understand the technical/functional aspects of the BIM Program for Fort Worth District to maximize benefits to district customers. Has working knowledge of Bentley/MicroStation products. Briefs management and customer representatives on the status of projects, milestone achievements, and technological advancements being applied.

Coordinates with internal Project Managers to ensure products and services meet PM's expectations to the maximum extent practical. Establishes standards for use of BIM at Fort Worth District, coordinating with design teams, district management, ERDC (Engineer Research and Development Center), HQUSACE (Headquarters US Army Corps of Engineers), customer organizations, and other relevant contacts. Prepares and staffs assigned documents regarding . system usage, maintenance and long term strategies for system, hardware, and facility requirements. Interfaces with HQUSACE, ERDC, software vendors, other district and divisions, AE firms, and other engineering organizations to advance and/or stay current with the state of the art for engineering design/construction/management technology, including both software and hardware, related to BIM. Participates in HQUSACE sponsored BIM working groups. Participates actively in USAGE wide planning, development and production programs related to BIM. Establishes, maintains and upgrades appropriate policies and procedures for BIM and CADD approaches. Coordinates with Functional Managers, project Managers, and designers to ensure BIM/CADD products and support meet expectations to maximum extent practical.

'4-year degree in related field and 5-8 years of related work experience required.

Must have a minimum of 5 years of structural CADD design experience using MicroStation/Bentley VB CADD software.

Proficiency in CAD and other PC software packages typically associated with structural design is required.

Requires experience working with Engineers, Architects and Interior Designers, and experience working on projects with a total value over $10M.

Requires proficiency in oral and written communication with client and client's customers.
