Architect (wireless cell site design) needed in Pleasant Hill, CA

The Architect will be based out of our Pleasant Hill, CA office. This position presents an opportunity for an experienced Architect to grow with an expanding division within our solid nationwide company. Previous cell site design experience--monopole, lattice, water tank, roof top, etc. is strongly preferred.

Functions:

Work with cell site construction managers and site acquisition specialists to design cell site layout for new and
existing sites.
Ensure that site designs conform to client standards, as well as state and local governmental requirements.
Ensure CAD drawings are updated to include modifications and existing sites and new construction.
Review structural analysis of new or existing communication structures (including guyed, self-supporting,
monopoles and their foundations).

Requirements:

Well qualified candidates will have at least 5 years experience designing all types of wireless cell sites.
Proficiency with AutoCAD 2008 or more recent is required.
Bachelor's degree in Architecture required.
California Architect Stamp is required.
Ability to read and understand design, fabrication and construction drawings.
Excellent organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to track and diagnose workflow problems, critical path and institute remedies.
Must be able to travel.
