Note for listed openings --all positions below are noted as temp, temp to hire and/or direct hire opportunities. 1. Architects/ Designers/ Interior Designers with minimum 8 years of considerable experience on hospitality, restaurants, commercial and corporate interiors projects. Strong design skills and solid experience in acting as a Project Architect or Project Manager on large complex projects. Must have strong AutoCAD and Graphic skill sets, Revit a plus but not a deal breaker. For the right candidate(s) these openings could be a direct hire.
2. Job Captains 5-10 years of experience with strong design and production skill sets. Must have experience working in and coordinating through DD/CD phases. Experience with lab and institutional projects a plus. Revit a huge plus. This opening is a temp position for 1+ month; could be potential for a longer term temp to hire situation.
3. Job Captains/Project Architects with 5-15 years experience full time production assignment that will span DD/CD phases on two small brick/steel institutional buildings - new construction - and a variety of wood frame projects. Detailing, production skills and Mass. Bldg code and IBC code knowledge are crucial for this position. Position also requires proficiency with ADT Architectural Desktop platform. This opening is a temp position for 3-4 months; could be potential for a longer term temp to hire situation.
4. Engineers -- looking for Mechanical, HVAC and Plumbing/Fire Protection Engineers with minimum 5 years experience (EIT) and licensed engineers (PE) for both long term temp or direct hire opportunities with firms in Boston and Metro West areas.
5. Marketing Assistants -- 5-10 years of experience. 6-8 month temp position in helping architectural firm with marketing support in writing business proposals. Other responsibilities include but not limited to: Interviews/client meetings, Public relations, managing award submissions and general publications, updating website and conference organization and coordination. Must have marketing experience within an architecture or engineering related firm.
