Executive Assistant for Top San Francisco Designer
The Principal of a highly successful interior design firm, recently chosen as one of the top 25 designers in the US by Elle Decor Magazine, seeks an extraordinary executive assistant who wants to become part of a great organization.
Key Accountabilities for this position:
1. Principal scheduled, prepared and prompted for all meetings, deadlines and designated commitments. Includes: external and internal meetings, extensive calendar management, assembled preparatory materials, coordination with rest of design staff, help with Senior Designer schedule
2. Well-coordinated travel and social arrangements. Includes: all travel bookings, client and marketing events, business and social engagements, lunches and dinners, and tracking of related expenses
3. Timely and effective completion of designated special projects. Includes: project photo books for clients, maintenance of "Antiques Binder", gift purchase and delivery, thank you notes and invitations, and special assignments
4. Comprehensive screening and prioritization of Principal's emails and phone calls.
5. Timely and effective coordination of marketing materials with Publicist.
6. Updated website, social media pages, blog posts, and related activities.
7. Effective coordination of Principal's personal requirements. Includes: travel arrangements, gift shopping, car repair, occasional dog walking, misc.

Salary:
Full-time salaried position: $50K - $60K (DOE) with good benefits package
