We are a small, very busy Interior Design firm, specializing in builder and developer multifamily projects. Our design work includes model homes, sales and leasing offices, and clubhouses. We also design residential and contract interiors. We are looking for a fun, upbeat, and experienced full time freelance Interior Designer to join our team, working out of our Pasadena office. Future permanent employment is an option.
Requirements:
-A 2 or 4 year degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture
-MUST have model home and builder / developer project experience
-Proficiency in Excel, word, power point, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
-Knowledge and at least minimal use of AutoCad and/or Sketchup
-Commercial interior design background is a plus
-Knowledge of ADA is a plus
LEED certification is a plus
