FULL TIME & PART TIME Interior design positions. Growing Hospitality firm is looking for a very detail oriented, creative, driven interior designer. No requirement for past Hospitality experience, but that would be a big plus. Must have some experience in the commercial field, and residential as well.
You will need to be very proficient at:
Creating a Modern Design Aesthetic
Excel-including detailed formulas-(more than auto sum)
CAD-design furniture, read plans, create plans as needed --not a CAD heavy job, but some knowledge required.
Blueprint reading-including detailed rechecking of room counts and item placement.
Creation of specification sheets- again very detailed-(also in Excel)
Ability to work on a strict budget- make design look expensive using suppliers who may not be.
Strong work ethic-if a job needs doing you get it done.
