Our client base focuses on a mix of high end residential and hospitality projects. Working together as a small team with multiple clients requires a candidate who is confident, is at ease communicating and exchanging

ideas and extremely organized. We are dedicated designers that enjoy our time working together and are looking for an exceptional individual who will enhance and contribute to our firm while gaining great personal

satisfaction from the experience.

Requirements:

* 2+ yrs work experience preferred.

* Developing designs with principal and other team members

* Excellent writing skills. Articulate speaker with perfect English

* Preparation of CD's, FF+E

* Coordination with Clients, Vendors and Consultants on various levels

* We are a MAC based office - candidates must be fluent with all major programs and have experience with VECTORWORKS.

* Individuals with a high level of Vectorworks proficiency will have an edge attaining this position

* 3-D Rendering skills

* Experienced in sourcing materials - internet, resource libraries, showrooms - D+D, A&D, 200 Lex

* Available immediately

One of our designers will be going on maternity leave. This position is a freelance position with flexible hours for the first 8 weeks, then

becoming full time for a minimum of 3 months. If the situation is favorable, full time employment is very possible. We are interested in

expanding and are looking for a young super star designer who can grow with us.
