Fortune Design, a small full service Commercial and Residential Design Firm of 8 years seeks a Senior Interior Designer and AutoCAD drafter to work part time or as an independent contractor. The candidate will be energetic, upbeat and able to work well with other team members. The talented individual selected for this opportunity will be a Certified Interior Designer with a minimum of 5 years experience in the residential and / or commercial fields. The greatest attributes of the chosen candidate will be extreme attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently. The embodiment of high morals and values is a must.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
In-depth knowledge of ADA, state and local Uniform Building Code Requirements
Programming
Developing Design Concepts
Space Planning
Compiling Construction and Contract Documents
AutoCad
Photoshop
Microsoft Office
Strong consideration will be given to applicants with aspirations to work full time and grow with the company.
