Interior Designer / Architect needed for remodel and improvement of several privately owned Skilled Nursing Hospitals. Healthcare design experience required. Designer will work closely with owners, contractors, and vendors to implement and coordinate all phases of the project, from conceptual design through project completion. Must have excellent communication skills, a good sense of design, and professional experience with bidding, project management, purchasing, and permitting. Scope of work will include design, specification, and installation of new furniture, floor and wall finishes, window coverings, signage, cabinets, etc. for patient rooms and common areas.
